Description

This course examines all aspects of the judicial process, including the law, courts and politics of the American legal system. Both the criminial and civil processes will be investigated with attention focused on the major participants in the entire process. This course will also examine and study various current and major legal issues within the legal system. Extensive study and examination of the Constitution of the United States or America and its continuous interpretation will be included. (effective by 2009)
